  • Our metal single beds are powder coated to resist wear, moisture, and damage. They require little upkeep beyond regular cleaning and offer a far longer lifespan than wooden alternatives.   • No, mattresses are sold separately, although we do supply a range of contract-quality mattresses designed to fit our single bed frames. These include waterproof, wipe-clean, and all are fire retardant to BS7177. We can include mattresses as part of your full furniture package if required.

  • Yes. We regularly manufacture single beds in custom lengths and widths, especially for student halls, boarding schools, and care homes. If your project involves unusual room layouts or needs to meet accessibility guidelines, we can adapt our designs accordingly.

  • Lead times vary depending on the quantity and whether your order includes any custom specifications. Standard single bed frames are usually available within 2 to 4 weeks. For bespoke orders or large-scale contracts, we’ll provide a clear delivery schedule upon quotation.

  • Yes. All our frames are finished with powder coating that meets industry safety standards. If your order includes mattresses, these are compliant with BS7177 fire regulations for contract use. We are happy to provide certificates upon request.

  • Most clients find our single beds easy to assemble using standard tools and clear instructions. However, for large-scale installations or multi-site delivery, we can offer a full delivery and assembly service across the UK. Please get in touch to discuss logistics and rates.

  • Standard finishes include black, grey, silver and white powder coating, but we can accommodate any 4 digit specific RAL colours (subject to minimum quantities) for branded interiors or themed accommodation. This is especially useful for hotels, leisure parks, or design-led hostel environments.
